Shipping Policy

At FK Sport Room, we want to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how shipping works.

1. Processing & Delivery Time

  • Order Handling Time: 5 – 7 business days (all products are made after payment is confirmed).
  • Delivery Time: 10 – 15 business days (depending on location and carrier).
  • Total Time to Receive Order: 15 – 22 business days (handling + delivery).
  • Order Cutoff Time: 08:00 AM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).
  • Warehouse Address: 1985 Del Amo Blvd, Torrance, California 90501, USA.

👉 Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods

We offer:

  • Standard Shipping (default method).
  • Express Shipping (faster delivery, depending on availability).

Carriers: USPS, FedEx, or Yun Express (chosen automatically based on best option).

⚠️ For remote areas or islands, delivery may take 1 – 2 extra days. If this happens, we’ll keep you updated.

3. Possible Delays

While we always aim to deliver on time, some events may cause delays:

  • Strikes, disputes, or war
  • Severe weather (storms, snowfall, volcano activity, etc.)
  • Peak holiday seasons
  • Bulky/heavy items
  • Carrier errors or accidents

If your order is affected, we’ll update you as soon as possible.

4. Shipping Fee & Insurance

  • Standard Shipping: $9.99 per order.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $150 (after promo codes applied).
  • All orders are insured. If your package is lost during delivery, we will issue you a full refund or a replacement – your choice.

5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are fully responsible for entering correct delivery information:

  • Receiver’s name
  • Phone number
  • Delivery address
  • Email address

If incorrect details cause lost packages or extra re-delivery costs, the customer must cover those costs.

6. Taxes

We cover all shipping taxes and related fees.
You only pay:

  • Product price(s)
  • Shipping fee (if applicable)

7. Working Hours

  • Monday – Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST, Los Angeles).
  • Sunday & Holidays: Closed (emails still accepted and answered on the next business day).

8. Order Tracking

After your order is confirmed, you will receive an Order ID and billing email.

To track your order:

  1. Visit our tracking page: https://fksportroom.com/order-tracking/.
  2. Enter your Order ID and Billing email.

9. Missing Orders

If you believe your order is missing:

  1. First check your tracking status with your Order ID.
  2. Check around your home, mailbox, or with neighbors.
  3. If still missing, email us at support@fksportroom.com.

Process for Missing Orders:

  • Step 1: You email us about the missing order.
  • Step 2: We check with the carrier and reply within 2 business days.
  • Step 3: If confirmed missing, we explain the cause and offer you either:
    • Full refund OR
    • Replacement (same as a new order timeline).
