Returns Policy

At FK Sport Room, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we make returns and refunds simple and free. Please read the steps below carefully before starting your request.

1. Return & Refund Window

  • You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return or refund.
  • Requests sent after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. What You’ll Need Before Requesting

When emailing us at support@fksportroom.com, please include:

  1. Order details (Order ID, product SKU, or proof of purchase).
  2. Your request (return or refund).
  3. Proof of issue (photos or videos of the product, packaging, or unboxing).

3. Eligible Returns

Defective products – wrong size, wrong color, incorrect design, or manufacturing errors.
Damaged products – damaged during production or shipping.
Dissatisfaction – if you’re unhappy with quality or service.

Not eligible – damage caused by customer misuse, or return requests after 30 days.

4. Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1. Email us at support@fksportroom.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your Order ID
  • Proof of issue (photo/video)

Step 2. We review your request within 5 business days. If approved, we’ll email you a Return Label.

Step 3. Download and print the Return Label. Pack the item in its original packaging and attach the label.

Step 4. Send the package back to us. Once received, we’ll email you to confirm whether you want a refund or replacement.

👉 Good to know:

  • There is NO cost for returning a product. We cover all return shipping fees.
  • The original shipping fee of $9.99 (if charged at checkout) is not refundable.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 15 business days after we confirm your return.
  • The money is sent to the same payment account you used.
  • Depending on your bank, it may take 1–3 business days to show up in your account.
  • If you choose a replacement, shipping time will be the same as a new order.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Cancel within 12 hours of payment → 100% refund.
  • Cancel after 12 hours → Order cannot be canceled (we process as normal).
  • To cancel, email us at support@fksportroom.com.
  • Delivery address changes must be requested within 12 hours of payment.

7. Order Modification

  • Orders cannot be modified (size, design, color are final).
  • Only delivery address can be updated within 24 hours of placing the order.

8. Missing Orders

If your order doesn’t arrive on time:

  1. Check your tracking status using your Order ID.
  2. Look around your house, mailbox, or check with neighbors.
  3. If still missing, email us. We’ll respond within 2 business days.

If the carrier lost or damaged your order, you can choose full refund or replacement.

9. Final Notes

  • Returned items must be in original packaging and condition.
  • Refunds and replacements are only issued after we confirm the return.
  • We reserve the right to decline a return if the product doesn’t meet policy conditions.
