We accept payments through Stripe Payment, including:

⚠️ We do not accept:

  • Cash on delivery (COD)
  • Bank transfers
  • Any other payment methods not listed above

2. How Payment Works

When you pay for an order, there are two possible flows:

  • Directly on our website:
    • You enter your card details on our secure checkout page.
    • All card information is handled directly by Stripe.
    • We do not store your card or banking details.
  • Redirect to Stripe Payment page:
    • You will be redirected to Stripe’s secure payment gateway.
    • Please follow the instructions provided there.
    • Your information will be protected under Stripe’s own security policies.

In both cases, only Stripe processes your payment. FK Sport Room cannot access or store your sensitive payment details.

3. Information We Collect

For order processing and delivery, we only collect:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Shipping address

This information is used only for shipping and customer support purposes.

4. Currency & Fees

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
  • All payments must be made in USD.
  • If you pay in another currency, your bank may apply exchange fees or foreign transaction fees.
  • FK Sport Room is not responsible for any additional charges applied by your bank or card issuer.

5. Security & Responsibility

  • Your payment details are protected under Stripe’s global security system (PCI DSS compliance).
  • FK Sport Room does not take any responsibility for issues related to your card or bank account during payment, as we do not handle or store those details.
